You are working in your project where the qualification changed dynamically. The files in the project come from several ends or multiple platforms and are interdependent.  As you can see, this is a great risk with this activity. How could I make proper plan?

Managing Proper Plan on a Project

Generally, if you are working for a certain task or project that is almost done and suddenly credentials or stuff had been changed by your boss, it will be better if you would set all your priorities first. In regard to your question, we would be able to help further if we have the details of the project that you are working on. But let me give you an idea what are the things you need to consider before you alter or modify everything on the design: first, make sure to create a new plan which is attainable based on the timeline that was given to you. You may want to check as well what are the available documentations or resources because you may have it already so all you need to accomplish is some adjustments.
