Hello experts, I got my Outlook mailbox almost full. I don’t want to permanently delete the e-mails. Is there any way to unload my Outlook and read the message whenever I want to?
You can archive the mail and unarchive it when you want to read it.
1. Open the Outlook 2010 main window.
2. Select file menu and choose Options.
3. Choose Advanced and then click the AutoArchive sets button.
4. Change the arrangement and choose it according to your preference.
5. Every time the cycle will be completed you will get a notification for performing the
uto archive for the Old Items.
