Mail error shown for Mac OS

Hello,

Why am I getting this error message when I try to import my mailboxes from the old Mac running 10.3.9 into the new Mac is running 10.4.11. What could be the cause of this annoying error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mail error shown for Mac OS

This message shows up when you are importing mailboxes and select the .mbox folders as the folders to be imported. When importing mail to Mac OS X, you have to select the folder that contains the mailbox folders (=the folder that all the .mbox folders are in) as the folder to be imported, not the mailbox (.mbox) folders themselves.
