Hello,

We have been trying to access the Citrix environment via the ICA client. However we get the below mentioned error for clients on the domain. The clients used is Windows Vista Ultimate. The version of Citrix XenApp is 5, which is installed on Win2k8.The error encountered is listed below:
No value could be found for (ClientHostedApps) that satisfies all lockdown requirements
Error number 2320
Citrix online plug-in Configuration Manager: No value could be found
for (ClientHostedApps) that satisfies all lockdown requirements. The
lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting.

This error incurs if you happen to remove or reinstall the Citrix Receiver that cause some incorrect setting in your Registry. To resolve this issue, you need to open your Registry window and add an entry in the specified path:

For 32-Bit System:

HKLMSOFTWAREWow6432NodeCitrixICA ClientEngineLockdown ProfilesAll RegionsLockdownVirtual ChannelsControl

For 64-Bit System:

HKLMSOFTWAREWow6432NodeCitrixICA ClientEngineLockdown ProfilesAll RegionsLockdownVirtual ChannelsControl

Note: Be sure to back up your registry before editing it. To launch your Registry window, click Start>Run and then type regedit and press enter or OK.

And then, add the string to the ClientHostedApps and change its value to FALSE as shown on the screenshot below:

Click OK and then close your Registry window and try to access the Citrix environment again.
