I am using Windows 7 32-bit version in my PC and trying to connect a USB with my device. But it is not able to read data from the USB and shows error message usb device not recognized.
Can someone help me with this, please?

You can solve this problem by following these steps:
- First, click on Start menu, and type Device Manager in the Search textbox.
- Next, click on Device Manager from the list.
- Then, click on Disk Drives from the hardware list.
- Then, Right-click the USB hard drive which is having an issue, and then click Uninstall.
- After uninstalling the drive, just unplug the USB cable from the PC.
- Next, wait for about one minute and connect the USB cable again. Now, the driver should loadautomatically.
- Now, just insert the USB drive and check if the problem is solved or not.
