I am unable to send a message using Microsoft Outlook. When I am trying for the same, it displays the error number 0x800ccc0e outlook express.

I have no idea how to fix this error.

Please help me solve this problem.

There is a very simple solution to this problem. I was also using Microsoft Outlook for sending messages. I had the exact port/ error numbers/socket. In fact, the problem just started today when I was trying to use outlook on my system.  I then changed my send port to 587. It worked completely fine after that!
