Hi, if you have the issue ‘my file is too big to email’ then you can compress your file using zip and others services. Or you can transfer your file by using Web services which provide transfer of big emails.

And another easy thing you can do is you can send your file using Google Drive which is presented default if you have the Google account, you just need to click on ‘ok’ option while sending your files as it will automatically display Google Drive option if you send large files.

Just like what the previous post said, if you need to send a big file to someone that exceeds the maximum file size limit for normal email attachments, you can always use Google Drive. With Google Drive, you can send a file as big as 10 GB and send it from your Gmail account. First, go to Google Drive and upload your file.

To use Google Drive, you need to have a Gmail account. When you are prompted to log in, sign in with your Gmail account. Once the file is uploaded, open Google Mail and then compose an email message. At the bottom of the compose window, click on the Google Drive icon to attach your file.

Attach file from Google Drive

On the next screen, navigate to your Google Drive and select your file. Complete composing your email message and then send it. If the file you are sending is not shared to everyone, you will be prompted to change the file’s sharing settings.

Change file sharing settings

When you are prompted for the sharing settings, just make sure it is set to “Can view” then click “Share & send”. And that’s it. When your friend receives your email, he will just be downloading the attachment from your Google Drive.
