What we can’t able to send or receive any e-mail. When I tried to either send or receive any e-mail using e-mail server, then it shows me and faults like that your outgoing SMTP email server have reported an internal error? Please resolve it.

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. In this, go to Tools -> then go to e-mail accounts.
  3. Any e-mail account you receive trouble and click “change.”
  4. Click more setting -> Outgoing Server tab -> SMTP authentication.
  5. Select tour e-mail -> advanced tab -> set SMTP port to 587.
  6. Click ok.
