I just have a query about vzaccess manager error 691. I have no idea regarding this concept at all.
Can anybody help me with this, please?

First, open VZACCESS Manager, ensure that you have the latest available version.
Press Ctrl-T now. It will open up a new window.
Next, type:
AT$QCMIPEP=1
and then enter
AT$QCMIP=1
and again enter
Then, press Alt-F4
Again, try to connect. If this works and you have the same issue later, then open Device Manager> Model> Pantech USB modem. Click on the Advanced tab and type this command below:
AT$QCMIPMHSPI=300,1
After this, save and exit and again try to connect.
