Please make sure that you have installed the printers’ software properly and it’s the updated software. If you are only having issues with manual duplex printing then here are the steps:

To do a manual duplex printing for the Canon MX372, you need to print all the odd pages first then put them back in and then print all the evens on the back. You will find this option on the print dialog box in the file menu. You need to turn and stack your paper so that it comes out in the end, two sided and in the right order. You need to practice first so that you can have the correct way of doing it.

You can also do a Duplex printing using the Canon MX372. It will be done automatically. Just set the presets to Standard Two Sided or Two Sided Printing. Your printer is capable of doing it and problems with the OS. It’s all about the settings before you hit print.
