Laptop displaying distorted images after crash

Hi there,

I have an HP Envy sleek book Laptop which fell down on a hard surface and now the screen displays distorted view, nothing is physically broken, the screen itself is not broken but the display looks broken(the images) what could be the problem? How do I fix this since warranty doesn't cover this?

Laptop displaying distorted images after crash

Hi !

Nothing outside the case looks broken but the inside, the display on your laptop is broken. The inside hardwares are very sensitive and when it fell down the impact was pretty rough. The warranty doesn't cover the user's mistake, and you have to change your display with your own expenditure. You have to go to your authorized service from where you laptop was bought to fix it, you also might try with warranty certificate you maybe will have some luck and it won't cost anything.
