Hi dear,

Confused about this error can’t understand why this error appears.

Tell me its reason why this error appear and how can I solve this error.

            Netmap – Visio Communication Error

              Unable to create a Network Map,

                 Unable to read the ‘ActivePage’ VisioPage object.

            Prior to drawing another Network Map:

               1) Close any open Visio dialogs.

               2) Remember to not interact with Visio while the Network Map is being drawn.

Hi

It is a very nice question . I tell you a short things to resolve your problem . I don know it is best for you but I am trying best with my regards.

Lan mapshot requires a full registered version of Visio 2003 in order to draw maps. If Visio will not activated with the proper key from Microsoft the following error will appear.

          

By clicking ok you will be still to able to create maps using visio however Microsoft limits the number times that Visio 2003 can be started without activation . Once visio is activated through Microsoft this error will no longer appear.
