Microsoft Office Visio error (223)

To resolve this kind of error problem, first, make sure that you are the administrator of the computer that you’re using.

If you are the Administrator you can now open your Internet Explorer to access the Visio Viewer.

• Now start by searching your document or file, if it is an attachment documents then you should save  it first to your hard drive.
• After right-clicking your file, select “Open with” then tap the “Choose Program”
• Then on the Program Directories select the “Internet Explorer”
• Mark the "Always use selected program to open this kind of file” then press down “Ok”
• Now try to open your Visio files.

 You can also try this alternative method to resolve the problem.

• Tap twice the “My computer” tab on your “Start” menu then choose “Tools” and select “Folder”
• On the "File" search tab, look out for the directory of registered documents for “VSD Microsoft Visio Viewer”
• Once you found the VSD document, press down the “Extension” and click “Change”
• The  “Open with Window” will automatically appear.
• Right then look for the directory of “Programs” and choose “Internet Explorer.”
• To save the changes  click “OK”  and to leave the "Folder” directories window simply press down “Close”

 Now try to access your Visio document.
