Kaspersky Security Center backup and restore error

Hi,

I cannot open Kaspersky Security Center because of this error, it cannot connect to the Administration Center. I have checked my Internet connection and is working just fine like usually. Does anyone have any idea about this error ?

Generic db error: “3621 ‘could not allocate space for object ‘dbo, SORT temporary run storage: 422217137’ in database ‘KAV’ because the ‘PRIMARY’ files is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files I the filegroup; The statement has been terminated, LastStatement = ‘EXEC aksrv_fixdb”

Kaspersky Security Center backup and restore error

Hello, 

It seems that your database is touching its hard limit, try reducing unnecessary occupation within it. Some of the things you may parctice:

• Keep deleting unused installation tasks and their respective packages time to time.
• Decrease database storage time for the items you not really find that important. Generally most of the event have  default database storage time of 180 days, you can reset them to 90-45 days, depending upon your requirement.
