Kaspersky Anti-virus is not compatible with the application

Hi there,

I have this weird error. I have the original key for Kaspersky Antivirus and it says that is from another application. What should I do to activate Kaspersky ? What is happening with my Kaspersky ? Should I be worried about ?

Hi Jones,

Like any other antivirus software, Kaspersky sometimes face this issue due to unregistered key or wrong key.

From the error, it is pretty clear that you have faced one of the above. In order to solve the problem:

• Contact your reseller from whom you have bought your antivirus detailing the error and the key. The reseller will provide you with another key or will register the key in the Kaspersky database to make your key recognized by the software.
• You can also contact the official customer center via Email or Phone and they will also correct your problem.

If you have bought the genuine one from a genuine place, you can be sure that your problem will be solved.
