Kaspersky Antivirus suddenly stops on responding when launching

Hi Experts,

The problem is with my antivirus Kaspersky. It was working well. However, yesterday I did not found it while starting up my machine. I tried to launch it from the program but it did not respond. Have you any idea for the problem?

Please help me to solve the problem.

Hi,

I think your antivirus is expired or license is corrupted. Please uninstall it completely and then reinstall it.

If you using a trial version then you have to buy it. But if your antivirus is not expired please check your memory .If memory is full you have to reduce the memory removing unnecessary applications.

If still has a same problem, try to clean Temp file using a CCleaner.  Please download it using below link.

When you clean the files using this software please use the default settings.

Check your problem again. Hope this will solve your problem.
