Hi

To my dismay I can't launch the software and I am getting this bizarre error message. I am running Mac Operating System and have tried to resolve this problem. Help me with expected solutions. I would be grateful to you.

Let me guide through the steps to solve this problem. You can solve the problem by going to quicktime folder (library/quicktime folder) where you will be able to see a file named Sonix SN9C201 WebCam.component. You might be wondering how this file came here. Removing this file will hopefully solve your problem.
