Hello experts,

This error message box pops-up suddenly and randomly on my desktop. Sometimes can be very annoying and I want to get rid of it as soon as possible. Can anyone of you guys help me to fix this?

Why I have this error with iTunes?

Thanks!

System extension cannot be used

The system extension “/system/library/Extensions/CNQL212_ClassicNoteSize.kext” was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try re-installing it, or contact the products vendor for an update.

Sometimes when you encounter a problem such as this, the extension in conflict must have been a leftover file when you opened a program the first time you got your drive. To fix it, go to Finder, Computer, Macintosh HD, System, Library, and then Extensions. Find any KEXT files that match the file mentioned in the error message especially KEXT files with “CNQL212” in the filename.

Move the files to your desktop and then restart your computer. If this problem with the KEXT extension prevents you from installing iTunes, you can try installing it now and see if it works. To make sure you are installing the latest version, download iTunes 11.1.5.
