ITunes could not backup the iPhone

Hi,

My iPhone 3gs is running on 4.0.1 (JB and unlocked), a few days back have installed cracked games on my iPhone and also I have installed NFS shift, to increase my money in NFS shift game I am using one of the cheat methods. Since then I have been getting this error during syncing.

 

I have uninstalled NFS shift game still the same error, someone guide me to a solution where I can avoid this error. 

 

ITunes could not backup the iPhone “Vivek’s iPhone” because an error occurred.

ITunes could not backup the iPhone

Dear Greg Lewis,

Apple is one of the best operating systems in the world. They have the most secure operating system. They don't want to make their operating system public, that's why they put some critical blocks on it, because manipulating and using untrusted software are not allowed on Apple, and you used some unauthorized software, which isn't allowed on Apple, that's why it's happening. You have to contact an Apple customer service center to get rid of this problem.
