Is it possible to connect Xbox One with TV without Cable Box?

I am trying to connect my Xbox One with my TV without the help of a Cable Box. As I don’t have a Cable Box, I am trying to bypass it with alternative converter. Is there any converter available to connect my Xbox One into my TV with coaxial cable female at one end and a male HDMI part on the other end.

NO sir, it is not possible. You will need to have a set top box that can decode the signal and send out via hdmi. Set top box will should have that specification in it that could decode the signal and send out via hdmi. So be careful while buying a set top box because if it does not decode the signal then it will be of no use.
