With the rapid drop of the mobile market share, the Sony has planned to cut down the release of smartphones gradually. It is likely to stop launching mid range devices and focus only on high end smartphones. Does the launch of this smart watch help in boosting the profits levels? When is Sony’s e-paper smart watch expected to be launched?

According to the official sources Sony will be releasing it's 

new product new smart watch by 2015. Sony will be mainly concentrated

on the design and customization rather than the technological issues.

Sony's Smart watch will use an e-paper display and the display will 

cover the entire surface of the watch and band.

Sony is expecting a tremendous profits through it's product. With 

the increasing trend of budget smart phones Sony want to expose 

it product in a new dimension and draw the customers towards it.
