Hello Carl,

The error that you are getting is sometimes caused by hibernation, or leaving your computer is sleep mode. Check if you might have used win+l to lock your desktop to protect it from unauthorized access by other people, for people may perform operations that can lead to malware attack on your PC which may cause the error that you are getting right now.

You will need to try updating the Avira program and see if that will resolve the issue. You could also try configuring the application and thereafter try launching the main program and see if it work properly or trip. In case the program trips, the error could be as a result of the time the computer has been on the internet and wither, or something could be interrupting the user session. You should try a reboot and see if that will fix the issue.

Regards,

Carl
