A) To fix this “account picture error windows 8.1” error for PC, follow these steps:-

a. Hit the Windows menu key and the R altogether. And write down regedit and press the Enter key.
b. Inside the Registry Editor, go to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace.”
c. Now, to find this key:
B4FB3F98-C1EA-428d-A78A-D1F5659CBA93
d. Double click Default string displayed at the right and then check that Value data is set to Other Users. Tap on the OK button.

B) To fix this “account picture error windows 8.1” error for PC, follow these steps:-

a. Open up the File Explorer.
b. Then, right-click on the Pictures library and select the Delete option.
c. Press on the yes for confirmation.
d. Then, right-click on ‘Libraries’ in the navigation pane and choose the Restore default libraries option.
You could also rename the System data folder to SystemDataOld to solve the issue.
