IPhone 4S crashes when I access Words with Friends

I have an iPhone 4S that works great except that it crashes every time I access the Words with Friends app.  I do not have any other issues with my phone other than this one app crashing.  I have tried deleted and reinstalling the app.  Does this occur on other types of phones?  I am due for an upgrade and am wondering if I will see similar issues with Samsung, etc.  Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Sandra,

It usually happens on old phones. Given that your phone is 4 years already, there might be processes that your application is using that can no longer be handled by your phone. This could happen after an update on the application. This issue happens 90% of the time. Nonetheless, you can also try these troubleshooting techniques also.

1. Restart your iPhone

2. Factory Reset

3. Erase all Contents and do Factory reset
