No lisak;

Siri is currently only available for the iPhone 4S. The new iPhone 5 also has siri an improved version. The (new) iPad comes with 'dictation' which is similar to Siri but with fewer features.

Apple will be introducing quite a lot at WWDC 2012. It will be the place where the company will announce the anticipated iOS6 system as well as the inclusion of intelligence personal assistant and knowledge navigation software “dictation”  into Apple’s iPad.

As far as Philippines go, iPad will soon be made available through out the world as soon as it is launched I the US.
