Invalid or nonexistent document error on Lotus Notes Client

I get this error message starting Notes Client and the error says “Invalid OR nonexistent document”. I need your help to fix this problem. Please tell me about this error and the suggestion to avoid the error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Invalid or nonexistent document error on Lotus Notes Client


This is due to the corrupt Location document in your Personal Address Book. Launch the Notes.ini file and then search for a line that begins with Location=. And then delete everything after it. Save your Notes.ini file and then restart the Notes Client. If its because of the corrupt Location document, user can now open the first Location document in the Personal Address Book.

If you try to switch to the Location document that is the set by default in the Notes.ini, you will receive the same error again. You need to restore or re-create the Location document. It will also be advisable that you try to rename the Personal Address Book and then make a new one.
