Lotus Notes 8 client error on Windows XP OS

Hi,

I have an issue using the Lotus Notes client and receive the following error message “disposeMenus error”. I am using Windows XP OS. I am looking for an expert’s advice. Please share some ideas to fix the problem. Thanks in advance.

Lotus Notes 8 client error on Windows XP OS

Hi Taylor,
The error has occurred when you are trying to perform HTTP POST/ HTTP GET to the server.
The solution to it is:
1) Access the web server using a browser on a different device or system that has s full connectivity
2) Try to access the server using pocket IE on <traveler.server.com>/servlet/traveler. Login using the credentials that is setup for the device
3) If you cannot access using login credentials, try to soft reset the device
