I just inserted the Zune software package. Right now, the package is open as soon as I launch it and ten seconds later I get a blue screen with death every time. I even have an HP tx1000 tent, which should be a 32-bit RAM partner, it’s an NVIDIA Geforce Go 6150. I tried to change that, even if NVIDIA, the update did not work and together, was trying to change via HP, but the one that was updated was older than the one I was trying to modify over the driver steps and zip code.

I uninstalled Zune and deleted everything from Zune by going to Users> Appdata> Roaming, etc. Then I reinstalled the software and got the same BSOD. The BSOD screen at its lowest level displays 0X00000016 and nvlddmkn.sys. Will anyone please help Maine? I searched everywhere for the information highway, but I found no solution to this. Please help!

Although the problem is quite complex, the correction can be as simple as activating the video card if it seems disabled. There may be a strange reason why your video card turns off. The most effective choice and the first choice you are looking for is to see if the graphics card is turned on or off. Proceed as follows. Press the Win + R keys to open the Run window.

Then type “devmgmt.msc” in the field and press Enter to open the Device Manager. In Device Manager, locate the desired video adapter in the device driver list. Once you have found it, check whether it is activated or not. If it is not enabled, a gray arrow should point down. Right-click on the box and select On. Then, right-click the graphics card again, and then click Update Driver’s Computer Code. Then click on the option “Mechanically search the updated driver”.

If you keep receiving that blue screen error with Zune, try to uninstall and reinstall with third-party software. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install. Once installed, start Revo then select Zune among the applications and click “Uninstall.” Follow the normal uninstall process. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click to restart later.

When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then restart the computer. If you want to install Zune software but you keep getting an error, check the system requirements again and verify that your computer meets those requirements.

Download Zune Software 4.8.2345.0 on FileHippo. It supports Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista Service Pack 2, Windows 7, and Windows 8.x. Zune is a discontinued media management application designed for Microsoft Windows. It works as a full media player application that includes a library, an interface for the Zune Marketplace, and can also function as a media streaming server.

Zune software was discontinued on October 16, 2012 and replaced with the Windows Phone App.
