Internet Explorer cannot display page

Hi Lillly,

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this Internet Explorer issue. 

First: 

Clear your browser's cache and cookie or your browsing history. Follow the steps below to clear your history, temporary files and form data.

a.   Click "Internet Options" on the Tools Menu.

b.   On the General Tab under the Browsing History category, click the "Delete" button.

c.   Select the check box right next to the ff: Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History and Form Data.

Second:

Use the Internet Explorer Safe mode or the "No Add-ons" mode. To do this Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

Note Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) mode is only available for Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8.

If it works at this point, follow these steps so we can isolate the browser add on that is causing the problem.

a.   Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.

b.   Click the Programs tab, and then click Manage add-ons.

c.   Click an add-on in the Name list, and then click Disable.

d.   Repeat step 3 until you identify the add-on that is causing the issue.
