Yes you are still having a chance to make a website. You do not need to create or design it. Instead of you can download pre designing websites. Actually templates. There are so many available in internet. You can buy one of them or there are some websites which give you a chance to download freely. What you need to do is just google it. Search key words can be “Download website template”, ”free download web template” so on. There will be plenty.
Another way is there are some websites which having tools for creating websites automatically. You can try for that also.

I have been looking for a way to create a website as well. I am not a webpage designer or a programmer but I want to create my website in a simple way. This post has been very helpful to me as i tried goggling "download website template" and found awesome templates for my website. I am currently working on finishing the site. Thanks to techyv.com and the expert for helping me do it in a simple way.
