Hello,
This error appeared on my desktop when I tried to connect to Internet. I don’t know what or why is trying to upload some packages. Can any of you experts help me please to fix this error ? What this error means ?

Internet connection fails to upload the packages
If this is the first time that this happens, close the application then restart the computer. Try connecting to the internet and see if it works. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer to connect to the web, check the web browser if it is the latest version for your operating system. If you are using Microsoft Windows XP, you probably want to upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer to version 8 because this is the latest and last version compatible with Windows XP.
To download, visit Microsoft Internet Explorer 8. To install this on your Windows XP, you need to be using Service Pack 3 because Windows XP Service Pack 2 is not supported. Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 can also be installed on Microsoft Windows Vista. To update your Windows XP to Service Pack 3, download and install Windows XP Service Pack 3.
