i don't know what happen to my laptop. It happened about 2 weeks ago, the problem is any of my software are unable to connect to internet except for my antivirus and IE.. I scanned my computer for lots of time not only with antivirus but also with anti malware .. Please man i'm in need of help

Hi Anonymous,

Have you tried to check all your internet settings? If you are using a company computer, are the proxy settings set properly? If it is your own personal computer, have you tried to make sure that your internet is working fine? Have you checked if your anti virus has blocked access to the other applications?

If you are unable to connect with any other software except IE and your antivirus, it may be that the antivirus has blocked your connection and does not allow traffic from anything else aside from IE. This may happen if there is a patch that has been updated and the settings of antivirus has been set to block everything. You can amend it to allow the other application by opening the main antivirus window.
