We are using Exchange 2003 Enterprise ED SP2. Is it possible to install Outlook client in our computer? We have installed Office 2003 in it but must need to have Outlook. Can anyone suggest how to?

The requirement to configure outlook with exchange server.

Connection settings for internal and external connectivity.

Location of users Exchange Server with the Mailbox server role installed.

URL for Outlook features such as Outlook Free/busy or Offline address book (OAB) information.
Setup:

Select Tools in menu bar and select Email account,Select add new email account. Select Microsoft Exchange server.

Enter Exchange server name. and keep check “Use Cached Exchange Mode”.

Enter Username as your domain login name.

Click on “More Setting button“ and select Security Tab.

In Encryption box check "Encrypt data between Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Server", then click the "OK" button. Click next and then finish button.
