I added some videos in my power point presentation. But I can not see them properly. My videos turn purple color. I tried smurfs in my file. Those videos are working fine in other applications. I have googled and tried some books but it remains as it was. Does anyone know the solution?
I have some solutions for your problems please refer below to fix the problem that you are experiencing.
1. Try opening it on another Microsoft office PowerPoint and add it on. ( If this works maybe the theme or design that you have applied on your presentation is affecting the video on playing.)
2. Check if the video in on front on all the text it might be hidden behind the picture or design that you have applied maybe something is blocking the video that’s why you cannot see the video.
3. Try to convert the video to an mpeg file or avi.
