The operating system of my pc is Windows 7. It is 64-bit. I failed to install MIDI driver on it.

The installation process starts and continues until the last moment when the following error box appears saying,

Error installing Bome’s virtua; MIDI driver support: Installing the bus driver failed with error code -1073741819

Have you ever met such a peculiar problem or are you an expert? If yes, I am seeking your help here, Please.

Hi Jerry Blando,

This is the bus conflicting between the software supported bus and the 64 bit OS. You need to collect the software’s 64 bit version or have to try installing in compatibility mode.

To do the compatibility mode you have to click right button on the installation file and go to properties. Then go to the compatibility tab and select the compatibility to XP professional and check the run as administrator. Hope you will get better result. Good luck.
