Installation issue for trend micro business security services

Hello,

I was wondering if there's anything I can do for trend micro business security services to stop it from freezing on installation? When I try to install it onto my machine it freezes at about 90 – 95%. I tried turning the UAC off and restarting the machine but it failed to correct the issue.

If you want to get the trend micro business security to its best performance, please check out the minimum requirements that it might needed you to have on your system, as well as please also check if you have the necessary requirements first before handling the product, failure to meet the requirements makes you not experience the best features of the product

Installation issue for trend micro business security services

Hi Dominic,

                There may be instances that the installation may stop under HTTP server, you may want to manually stop the http kernel drive before installing your Trend Micro. Just follow these following steps : Open Device Manager > Go to Display Non-Plug and Play Driver > Right click HTTP > Open Properties > Click on the Driver tab > Click on Stop. Make sure that the status says Stopped and not Stop Pending.
