I tried to do the basic repair but it doesn’t work. Please help me to fix this.

• Turntable microwaves will be having a glass try which is supported by a plastic ring.
• Its basic function is to rotate constantly while cooking as per the modes selected.
• It can rotate either in clock wise or anticlockwise direction.
• The try will not work when the glass try is not placed properly.
• It might be due to change in electricity supply when there is an interruption.
• If the try will not work, first off the microwave. Check whether turntable and try is properly placed or not. Then check for the power supply cable.
• Once you found everything is normal, then start microwave.
