After a little research I found out that iPhone music extension name is MP 4 and I can only authorize five devices at a time from one iTunes account. The problem I have am not able to work with more than 2 devices at a time. What might be the problem?

It’s a big problem for the iphone user. Several users report that kind of problem. Well, if you want to remove this problem, first thing you have to do is- using iTunes 9.0, it will help you play correctly the files. If you use any other version then, remove it and install iTune 9.0.

Hope it will work for you.

Hi Avah.hannah,

The quick fix to your problem is do first deauthorize all linked devices to your iTunes and then do to authorize them again. Before you proceed with the following, make sure you have the latest iTunes version installed. Also note that you may only do this once a year.

1. Click View My Account on your iTunes and sign up.

2. Select Deauthorize All on Computer Authorizations.

3. Authorize your devices.

Hope this helps.
