I need a partition wizard for DOS NTFS

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a partition wizard for DOS NTFS. I need to partition my hard disk and resize NTFS and can run in a DOS environment. I'm on Windows XP 64 bit SP2. Any ideas or suggestions?
