I need help laptop monitor repair

I just dropped my Acer Aspire 5735 15.6 inch widescreen CCF-1 bulb. 

It seems ok when I booted it up except for the monitor and looks like pixels are damaged. 

Screen sometimes flickers on and off. 

I need help in laptop monitor repair. 

Is there a solution to this or do I have to replace it?

How are you, as you have written in your question that your laptop dropped so before going to replace option try following steps.

• Reinstall laptop video card driver.
• Change screen refresh rate.
• As you dropped laptop so it may be due to loose connection in wires which goes from motherboard to screen. If you can handle hardware by your self do it otherwise consult an laptop hardware engineer.
• I hope solution number 03 will solve your problem otherwise replace it.
