Windows tried a solution but no result.
How can I get a solution of it?

Hello Arace,
Try running the exe files in compatibility mode with as follows:
-
Right click on the setup,

and then go to properties, and then compatibility.
-
After that change the OS to windows VISTA.
-
And then launch the app to see if it works.
