I have never used Skype and now my job is requesting that we use more face time with our customers? What is the basic things I will need to know before I contact anyone? Our office is actually quite noisy and I am concerned that it will carry across to the customer during the call. Is there a way to block out background noises?

1. First download Skype.Then install it.
2. Click on create an account (it is under the Skype window) it takes some time.
3. Put your email. Id in the box and Fill up the form of Microsoft account.After complete all process you got your Skype account. Then a pop-up window will come. Then in search box find your contacts and add them. Then you can call them chat with them or make video calls. You can also call any number through Skype.
