Hello experts,

I got some problem with my Google account login. My log in information didn’t match, the username and the password information were accurate and I am sure with it. What is the best solution to retrieve my old password and change it to a new one or how can I get a default password?

I need your help.

I got some problem with my Google accounts login.

Hi Travis, 

Ensure first that you key in both your username and password correctly (letters in uppercase/lowercase so with the special characters if applicable). If it’s really not working then go to Log-in Page and click “can’t access your account”.

Then Select "I don't know my Password" and your other email address that was associated with the email address that you're having problem with. And key in the "CAPTCHA" correctly.

You will then receive email password reset link to the email address associated with the email address that you're having problem with or you can also use the verification code that will be sent to you on your phone another option is to answer the security question you had upon setting up your account.

I got some problem with my Google accounts login.

If you have forgotten your Google account password you can easily retrieve it.

Please, on Google account Sign in page click on the link “I Forgotten Password”, then you will be asked to enter your associated email.

Enter your associated email into the box and your password will be sent to that email address from where you can easily retrieve it and can change it after log into your Google account.

I got some problem with my Google accounts login.

First you need to go to your Gmail sign in page then click "can't access account" then check the box "I forgot my password" and enter your email address and click continue. After that you can get your password in three ways

1. Get verification code on your mobile,

2. Confirm access to your recovery email,

3. Answering the security question.

I got some problem with my Google accounts login.

At first, you go to this link then press the Can't access your account?

Then you see a question like "Having trouble signing in?"

Mark "I'm having other problems signing in" and you get a box to input an email address.

Then you put your email address, and press continue.

Then you see like that “Problems signing in to your account”.

You select “I know my username and password, but I can't sign in” and select such type of your problem, and at last you get your problem solved.
