Hi experts

I got a problem in my Active Directory Domains. It will not go to the next step if the name of the DNS domain just has label 1. What should I do? Please help.

Error:Expanding the domain name within the DomainsActive Directory Domains container of a selection list results in the standard dialog box that lists the available Backup Exec logon names.

 Failed to access <DNS Domain Name>

The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed.

Hello Dorethadhoward,  you want to use Active Directory Domains but it is not going to the second step, well i think you did not install it properly or some of data is missing thats why Failed to access <DNS Domain Name> and The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed

Just please collect the active dictionary and reinstall it and follow the all installation process then try it,

On the other hand you can try to run as administrator i think you problem should be solved.
