I get error installation in WinZip12.

Whenever I try to install WinZip12, I am getting this error when I am about to finish the installation.

Error 1402. Could not open key: UNKNOW.wzulshellopencommand. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel

I tried to install it for several times and get the same error message over and over. I deactivated the AVG but that doesn’t fix the problem.

Guys what do you think is causing this error and how can I fix it?

Please help me out here.

I get error installation in WinZip12.

This happens due to the modification of existing security setting of certain registry keys by any application. Therefore it has to be repaired the registry permissions.

To repair the registry key permission just try following steps.

Step 1: Enter http://download.winzip.com/ts/FixRegistryPermissions.exe  into the address box in your internet browser

Step 2: Download and save FixRegistryPermissions.exe to a folder or your Desktop

Step 3: Double click the file to run the Microsoft program

When it finishes, you should be able to uninstall or install WinZip.

The antivirus may cause problem to install any third party software.
But the most possible cause behind this is incompatible software.
 
Please download the right one from the given link Winzip
 
Just download the proper  one and install after pause the antivirus program.
