I Face A 0x80070576 Error Message

0x80070576 error is the error that occurs because of the time /or date difference between the client and server. The system is not able to find the Active Directory and GPO information. This error is also known as STATUS_TIME_DIFFERENCE_AT_DC or ERROR_TIME_SKEW. The symptoms of the error are “The Citrix Broker Service failed to validate a user’s credentials on an XML service.” The steps to fix the 0x80070576 error message are as follows:

• Go to central administration, then from Application Management into Manage web application, then go to General Settings of a specific web application. Now, set the default time zone of that web application the same as of Machine. Then start the SharePoint 2010 Timer service.

• Open the command terminal and run the command “echo %logonserver%” to find out what domain controller server is the logon server for the affected Citrix Delivery Controller Server.

• Ensure the time zone should be similar to the server.
