What is the Acpi. sys in the System? What is the work of this process in the computer system?
I Am Seeing A Process Named Acpi. Sys In The Task Manager
Every Windows system has an Acpi driver and Acpi. sys is an inbox component of the Windows Operating System. The main function of the Acpi. sys is to support power management and plug and play device enumeration. The process is loaded up into the system when the computer starts. The process acts as the interface between the operating system and ACPI BIOS. It is transparent to another driver in the device tree. Some other tasks are done by the Acpi. sys is reprogramming the resources for a COM port or enabling the USB controller for system wake-up.
