Hello everyone,

Recently, my laptop keeps on rebooting every time. What could be the issue here? Please, I need advice because when I try to start it, it only boots up to the windows. It immediately goes off when the icons show themselves before booting up once more. I would be glad to resolve this problem.

Thank you.

Hi,

Laptop reboots every time you start when systems fails to start it make itself running into self mode. modify settings in bios mode first click F8 continuously when laptop reboots then if you see advanced menu option, press up arrow or down arrow to select disable automatic restart on system failure option then after choosing option click enter key.

Then choose up or down arrow key then click enter at operating system to start option. otherwise remove battery for 3 to 4 hours then put it back.

Hope these shall helps you.

Thanks.

To solve this problem, you will have to perform a system restore back to the date before the problem occurred. To restore your laptop,

Follow the steps below:

1. Click Start à All Programs à Accessories à System Tools à System Restore.
2. Click the radio button beside “choose a different restore point” and click Next.
3. Some restore points will now appear.

Choose the one with the date before your problem started showing up and click Next.
Within a few minutes, your system will be restored to the date you chose.
