Hi,

I am facing a big problem with my recently bought a laptop. I am not able to login to WPA2- Protected Enterprise Wi-Fi. It’s an eduroam network of my university, which runs well on radius servers … I'm using Windows 7 and in spite of correct settings for username and password every time a network authentication error occurs. My Google search was also unsuccessful.

I expect that probably I did not stand there with the problem alone. If any one of you might even come across the same problem and yet has found a solution? Drivers and so on are up to date, and I am confident that I have configured the wireless network works properly (I worked around it many settings which managed but everything failed). The wireless works perfectly I was able to latch onto unsecured networks, but this story WPA2-Enterprise is reluctant.

Thanks in advance.

Hello John,

First check your network card settings clear. If your Wi-Fi network has any proxy settings then adjust that into your browser by using advanced settings. I also faced this problem. There are two causes for this:

Firstly: Browser setting may not be adjusted correctly.

Secondly: Windows version.

If you are using Windows 7 Ultimate versions then it's ok, but another version cannot connect to WPA2 network. Change it to Ultimate if it is not.
