I have HTC one Smartphone running on Android 4.3Â which is rebooting each time I try sending a text message, I have Handcent Application installed, but uninstalling it does not solve this issue, what could be the problem? How do I stop this rebooting?
For few reasons HTC one Smartphone text messages issues occurs.
Maybe your device is unable to send or receive text message or displaying error codes when you attempt to send a message.
Method 1:
You need to be sure that your HTC One is connected to the Sprint Voice Network.
1. Visit Sprint Zone.
2. Go to My Device >> Dashboard >> Voice Network.
3. From the display, tap Network PRL.
4. After completing the update, select OK.
Method 2:
Also, you can reset your device and may solve your issue.
If your device was never able to send text messages, you have to contact with Sprint Customer Care.
